For too long, I hid in the crowd, back of the room, trying to act invisible, never asking my questions or providing insight to the meeting or conversation. Why would I? Who am I to think I have something to contribute?

My self-worth was low, and I had no idea. This podcast, along with many other things, has helped me find my voice, building my self-confidence and self-worth.
