Showing Up for Your Universal Assignment Part 1

When showing up day in and day out for my life and business, I focus so much on the tasks and responsibilities of that day. But what if you changed your mindset to not focus solely on those tasks but giving love in everything you do? Not just to yourself but all those around you. 

In Gabby Bernstein's book, "The Universe has Your Back", she dives into the importance of learning to live your life out of love. One of her chapters specifically focuses on the process for how to show up for your Universal assignment in learning to love yourself and others.

In this episode, we discuss the first three steps of this process:

1. Recognize and name your assignment (fear)

2. Accept you cannot avoid the assignment

3. Honor your feelings/emotions.
